What colours should you use for your brand?

what colour is your brand

When we look at something, the colours are the first thing our brains process.

The colour processing happens well before we recognise or understand the content or context of the thing we are looking at. This means the first emotional response we have when looking at something will be to its colour.

Cultural and emotional responses to colour are well documented, so it it important to use the right colours shades and tints to represent your brand:

Your brand colours need to reflect your brand values - you don’t want to send mixed messages such as using fiery pillar-box red for a relaxing massage!

As a designer, I make sure I select the colours that will communicate your brand effectively.
